Delivery times

Delivery times for orders placed with Whitmore Brighton may be different from what you are used to. Our products are shipped directly from the suppliers, which allows us to reduce warehousing and logistics costs. This enables us to offer you products at very competitive prices.

Processing and shipping of the order

After receiving your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing . Your order will typically be processed within one business day.
Orders received on Friday afternoons or over the weekend may take longer to process.

The average delivery time is 7 to 14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping costs

Shipping is completely free , regardless of the order value.
Every order is shipped FREE .

Delivered orders

Whitmore Brighton accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen packages that have already been delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Upon request, we will gladly provide you with a delivery confirmation, the delivery date and the tracking number so that you can check your delivery.

Unaccepted or refused shipments

If a delivery is refused or not accepted by the customer (e.g., by failing to collect it), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer .
These return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

A refund can only be issued after the goods have been received and inspected .

Order cancellations

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, this must be done within 12 hours of purchase .

After 12 hours, an order can no longer be cancelled, as it may have already been processed or shipped.

If you have already received the goods, you can of course return them in accordance with our return policy.
